"ytchannel agent" is a private, internal tool operated by Arzisoft (arzisoft.com) to publish and manage videos on Arzisoft's own YouTube channel, "Dabu & Boomo" (@dabuboomo). It has a single user, the channel owner. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.
This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

The tool does not access, collect, or store data about any other YouTube user or channel beyond publicly available video statistics used for content research. It collects no personal information from viewers.
All data stays on the owner's own computer: the OAuth token in a private configuration folder, and channel statistics as local text and CSV files. Nothing is sent to any server operated by Arzisoft or any third party. Data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
Analytics snapshots are kept locally for as long as the owner keeps the channel's records, and may be deleted at any time by deleting the files. Stored API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days as required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by deleting the local token. Revoking access ends all API use by the tool.
